The Service

We have an experienced team dedicated to refurbishing and preparing properties for the rental market. The tradesmen work closely with our lettings departments to help advise you on maximizing the rental potential of your property.

Jackson and Copeland can arrange everything from minor repairs to whole property refurbishment programs. We deal with all types and sizes of properties from houses to studio flats to six-bedroom houses. We have access to trade prices on materials and have experienced and trustworthy contractors.

For larger projects we assign a dedicated Project Manager who is able to liase with you through all stages of your project to ensure completion within time and budget.
